Count me in as another pissed off pilot who is leaving this bull$hit behind for good. I've bought this (buggy) software 5(!!!!) times in the last few years for different platforms and updates. ENOUGH. If they think they will just make me do that every year for the rest of my career... Better think twice. Never seen such disregard for faithful customers in my life. For the past versions, albeit full of bugs (ALL OF THEM), I had not only recommended the software, but had also gladly served as "support": installing, importing data and coaching several friends of mine whom I had convinced to buy Logten. Not anymore. Now I'll just be another voice telling everyone the kind of company Coradine is. Well... Bye bye!!!

I'm not going to lie, I've had some trouble with the software. I also had some delays with the customer service when submitting issues through email. However, once I did get someone on the issue they did a spectacular job. Tom and Noah did a great job at helping me with some import issues from an old logbook and sorted some current import issues. The software itself is pretty good once you get rolling. Unfortunately because it is complex anyone coming over from a simpler electronic logbook will have some user errors. Overall, good software and really good customer service once you get a hold of them.

Completely disreputable company. Bait and switch, fraudulent advertising. Cant see these crooks being in business much longer . Aviation is a small community and the word is out on Noah Lieberman.
